A Certified Practitioner of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage and a Reiki Master and originator of Manna Touch Healing, Laura is also a Raw Gourmet Chef who occasionally teaches classes on adding more raw food to the diet in gourmet ways. Her free monthly E-zine Raw Inspirations offers helpful hints, articles and interviews to help people achieve their raw and living foods goals.
