Biography: I am currently a professional ultra endurance athlete, competing in numerous 24hour solo, 100 mile, Cyclocross, and national cross country cycling events. I am certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Personal Trainer. I find that Ashtanga yoga, also known as power yoga, is the perfect way to keep a strong, and flexible body and mind.
