Biography: A passionate food enthusiast and spirited speaker, Aneh Mundi was born in Cameroon, Africa. From the time she was very little, Aneh had the ability to mix a bit of this, a little of that to make unique and mouthwatering culinary creations.
In the 1990's, Aneh's love of cooking led her first to Liverpool Polytec in the UK, then to the United States to pursue degrees in home economics and food science.
While at UW-Stout, Mundi focused her love of science and food in new product development, where she used scientific knowledge to combine adventures and creative new food combinations
Aneh spent eight years serving as product development manager for one of the nation's leading gourmet brands, and assisted several marketing groups to bring concepts to life. Aneh is now owner of Creative Food Solutions and Aneh's Fine Foods (a retail store), and works as a developmental consultant to a wide range of food manufacturers.
