Sidelined currently with Plantar Fasciitis of the right foot, I find myself riding a bicycle on a daily basis!
Biography: In 2005, I was diagnosed with "Metabolic Syndrome." What does that mean? I was fat, lazy and on my way to a heart attack. It didn't happen. A good Doctor, a good diet and an exercise plan defeated that demon! Running saved my life!
