Overview: Diagnosed with Cohn's at 22. Infertility problems. Then 34 hit and so did my PMS!!!! and know menopause. Which has led my search for a healthier life ahead.
Biography: I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. My life has been full of wonderful opportunities and learning experiences. I have survived many things. Know at 48, I re-educate the population on the importance of good diet, exercise program, nutritional supplementation, pH balance, and hormone balance. All of which is very important to everyone?s health.and a whole lot research I am focusing on the health and well being
