Biography: I am health advocate relating to natural hormonal health for female conditions such as PMS, pre-menopause, menopause (surgical or natural), osteoporosis, infertility problems, men's hormonal health and the effects of aging.
At 46, I found myself in the midst of pre-menopause. Dissatisfied with the prospect of living at the mercy of the drug industry, I began extensive independent research on Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy.
I also educate about the dangers of xeno estrogens (man-made chemicals, hormones in milk and meat etc..) and how they disrupt the hormones, not only in us but in our children, as well.
