Biography: I got interested in exercise from an early age. Partly because I have way to much energy and my mom wanted me out of the house. And partly because it just made me feel good and right. I have have been increasing my knowledge base for 15 years and have been applying it to my coaching. This desire has stayed with me until adulthood and I now want to share as much as I can.
