Biography: Chris's goal is to teach others what she learned over many years in challenging medical situations. "Last summer I realized that I had acquired teachable skills that anyone could learn in a single seminar. I believe in sharing those skills thereby replicating myself. I believe in trained family members serving as the patient advocates. Many times medical challenges arise in the wee hours of the morning or on a weekend. A paid advocate, if you can find one and afford one, is simply not available then. There is no reason to have experienced anything except to pass it on and make someone else's journey a bit easier. That is my passion and I am lucky that others have joined me to create PATHS."
