Description: Each week we will have a 40 minute period of Insight Meditation practice, beginning with a 10-15 minute talk and followed by a period of silent meditation.

Insight meditation is a simple practice of kindness and moment-to-moment non-judgmental awareness of the ever-changing flow of the mind/body process. This awareness helps us to see through the patterns of conditioning, in our minds and hearts, that lead to a sense of separateness and dissatisfaction with life.
