Full Comment: My name is mary, and I am rickys mom and at 16 my son had teen consensual sex. When questioned he told the police the truth and was arrested, two weeks later, on sexual abuse of a child. This girl told police she lied to ricky, but due to age of consent laws it made no difference. My son was charged as a adult and took a plea fearing the twenty years prison his public defender told him the jury give him. He was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication probation, sex offender treatment and even though not legally convicted must register for ten years. Well due to harassment Ricky had moved home to Oklahoma and Oklahoma changed his charge and now due to new laws he is isted as a AGGRAVATED high risk offender for LIFE. Even though his own therapist says "he is no threat to children" ricky forever will be a registered high risk offender unless we wake America up and educate them how our government is throwing our children away over consensual matters in nature.
