All Kinds of Metal Awesome! - Reviewer: RagnarR 03/21/09 06:47 PM EDT
Full Comment: KILLER show! I've listened to everyone of these shows they've all been really well done. A few bands I'd like to see you focus on: Hellhammer/Celtic Frost - mainly because of how far ahead of their time and level of influence Urfaust - Current era band that's just totally strange but very original blend of Black Metal, Doom, Depressive Rock, Dark Ambient and Classical Agalloch & Ludicra - arguably the 2 best metal bands on the West Coast right now. Maybe a "lesser known" 80s bands like Hirax, Heathen, or The Accused?

Awesome Podcast! - Reviewer: onefootblaster 03/08/09 05:24 AM EDT
Full Comment: I've been listening to this for a couple weeks now, and i have to say its as good as the old issues of requiem! The Opeth podcasts were awesome as were the Best of '08, Morbid Angel and Carcass ones. Perhaps you guys can do one on Mr. Bungle or Faith No More? (or both?) heh Keep up the great work! -Rob

Finally I'm getting all the Metal my Doctor recommends! - Reviewer: gamegeezer 03/04/09 05:21 PM EST
Full Comment: Thank you Mark and Jason for putting this together each week. Not only have I been exposed to some great new music (well new to me), but when Iâ??m needing a jump at the end of the work day the Requiem Metal Podcast getâ??s up and running again. Great Job week in and week out guys, thanks again!

Overall... - Reviewer: Pearl_MetalHead 01/27/09 05:43 PM EST
Full Comment: Well Hundey, I finally left you a comment...I have all the episodes, and find myself lost in a vortex of Metal Knowledge...Don't worry, because eventually I will find my way out...Until then, keep up the good work you guys, its nice to see someone give metal a better face than what people often label it...I love the episodes on Katatonia, and I was wondering if you were going to do any Dissection? Quite possibly do any overall shows on like, "The Overall effect of certain bands on culture"...Because I mean, when Slayer first appeared in 1981, they definitely had a cultural impact on society...I would just like to hear more about what was going on in culture all around these bands when they were producing their material, etc...any comments, concerns...e-mail me at: justinp_90@msn.com

at the gates - Reviewer: erikortega2 08/01/08 11:53 PM EDT

Finns RULE!!! - Reviewer: FIN_Jarmo 07/19/08 02:52 AM EDT
Full Comment: I just love the two latest RMP's (14 and 15) just because I'm from Finland and I love the metal music scene here in Finland and of course our bands too. So thank you Mark (and that another guy ;)) for this podcast!!! We need more stuff like this. I'll listen to those another episodes soon too but I'm not that interested in those bands (well, everybody loves Sepultura). By the way. I understand this is pre-recorded but I don't know how much time you do to mix it together because I think this is the best podcast on Talkshoe.com SOUNDWISE. Awesome job... I do have one critique to give. Your dialogue goes to mumbling or just some inside jargon from time to time so it's pretty hard to follow then and you don't have enough finnish metal on your shows ;) ... last one was just me kidding ;)
