Fabulous - Reviewer: Laurenth1992 09/23/15 10:45 PM EDT
Full Comment: Paul's soothing voice helps keep me calm while I am at work - admittedly, it is often the only thing that gets me through my day. I simply put on Originz and the day seems to pass very quickly. I am fascinated by every story Paul discusses and I feel my knowledge of the world has increased greatly since listening to his podcasts. His voice matches perfectly to whatever story he is telling, be it cute, scientific or scary. I have become so fond of his scary stories that now, when I sit down to write my own, I imagine my stories being narrated in his voice. In fact, I listen to Paul's podcasts so often, while washing my hands today I caught myself narrating my own thoughts in his voice as if it were a story on Originz! Perhaps this means I should take a break from listening....but that is simply not possible. Please keep up the fabulous work Paul - I love your podcasts :D

Dedicated Originz fan and listener - Reviewer: deejaaa 06/02/13 11:51 PM EDT
Full Comment: I am listening to your past shows and am up to episode #72. (#2 was classic!) I started when you took the time off at the end of March. My commute to work is an hour each way, 5 days a week, so I have a lot of time dedicated to your great stories and information. I am pleased with the changes made to the program and can't think of anything I would do different. I am afraid that you don't have any plans to return because it's been 2 months now. I really hope you keep up with the great job you have done so far, it just keeps getting better, and I hope to keep listening far into the future. Sincerely, David Johnson. A Podcast Well Worth the Time to Listen To! - Reviewer: Scratcher 03/27/13 09:23 PM EDT
Full Comment: Paul's Originz podcast has taken me, as a listener, to inner and outer space. He has told ghost stories of fear and other stories that have moved me to tears. His presentation style is amazing and the production is of the highest standards and quality. I am so happy when I see Paul has offered another program for download. He is a multifaceted and very talented presenter and he is well worth the time to listen to. His podcasts are like crisps you can't just have one! I have listened to them all and bless you Paul for all your hard work!

Love the latest (July 26, 2011) - Reviewer: Mumstheword 05/02/12 01:35 AM EDT
Full Comment: Thanks, Paul, for another excellent, entertaining and engaging podcast. I appreciated you opening with a little review of what's going on in your life. Lying in bed late at night listening to you has made me interested in knowing how things are going in your life, particularly after seeing the flood damage, pictures of you and your family and friends cleaning up, etc. Life happens for us all and knowing what's going on in yours down under makes your podcasts even more interesting.

Excellent! - Reviewer: rgiuly 08/15/11 03:54 AM EDT

Greetings from the land up and over. - Reviewer: rayharper 06/11/11 11:12 AM EDT
Full Comment: I have been listening to your podcasts [both Originz and BizarreBazaar] for 4 or 5 months now as I drive to and from work. Both the content, being well chosen, and the reader, providing just the right mix, tone, and levity in some cases, makes my commute very enjoyable. I'm sorry if I have been lax in letting you know, I don't normally rate podcasts, but felt that I needed to let you know you're very appreciated here in New Jersey. I kind of like the up and over, who's more over the top than we are? Keep up the good work, I'll keep listening.

Full Comment: i am an avid podcast listener, especially when they deal with esoterica. i can think of only three other podcasts out of hundreds i've tried that are as wonderful as paulrex's shows. just excellent, absolutely excellent.

Thanks for a wonderful podcast - Reviewer: roodtpoo 11/05/09 11:19 AM EST
Full Comment: Paul, just wanted to say thanks for the show, I can only imagine how much time goes into one show, so I fully understand why the others are being shelved. Your approach is truely a delight, the music, your timing, I am amazed. The stories are just great...always leaving your audience to wonder, to think of the possiblity or maybe to ponder is a better word. Again thanks from Bill H. in Oklahaoma.

Full Comment: originz, i must say, is my favorite podcast of all time. when i go to bed at night i turn on my zune and drift to sleep listening to paul rex's calm voice. it's amazing how someone could have a job outside of running this podcast. originz has to be time assuming and the research must be exhaustive. anyways, i just wanted to say thanks and keep up the good work. because of originz, i can sleep well at night.

Hi from Ohio, USA - Reviewer: OhioRandy 07/09/09 11:10 AM EDT
Full Comment: Hello Paul, I found your podcasts about 4 months ago while searching for something to listen to while working and since then I have listened to ALL of them. Great job. I find them entertaining and informative. The only negitive is that now I am up to date in the archived shows the new ones don't come around nearly often enough. I suggest you drop whatever else you have to do at home and at the gardens and make at least eight hours per day of podcasts. Well at the very least keep up the good work!

From Romania - Reviewer: Cristian 08/09/08 12:00 PM EDT

A Fun, Informative, Relaxing Podcast. - Reviewer: Nick6425 06/18/08 08:01 AM EDT
Full Comment: Paul has both an informative and fun podcast going here. It is a very well produced, off talkshoe podcast that incorporates many different stories and studies of our physical existence into a thought provocative show. Also of notable mention are his segments on the origins of superstitions, the "World Wide Weird", and of course, his uncanny resemblance to renowned actor Sean Connery. I recommend this podcast to anyone who has in interest in anything and everything, and would enjoy it being presented in a relaxed, skilled way.
