Pittsburgh, PA- January 2, 2007 - Effective immediately, TalkShoe (http://www.talkshoe.com/) has named Brittany Gray as its Penn State University Representative. Students can host their own podcasts and audio blogs, hold club meetings, talk about Nittany Lions’ sports, and chat with friends and family. Professors and instructors can host live and recorded lectures and classes, create audio seminars, augment distance learning, and hold Internet office hours. Teaching assistants (TAs) can hold virtual study groups, help sessions and homework discussions.

”I am excited to be working with TalkShoe, and be a part of driving the adoption of this cutting-edge technology at Penn State,” commented Brittany Gray, a senior at Penn State University. “I can envision a host of applications of TalkShoe’s system.” Brittany, from Erie, PA, will be receiving her B.S. in Marketing in May of 2007.  She is a member of Penn State’s Women’s Varsity Golf team, a yoga instructor at the Penn State Junker Center, and a member of the American Marketing Association, Penn State Marketing Association, and Habitat for Humanity.

TalkShoe is actively seeking University Representatives to market and drive the adoption of its technology in university and educational environments. University Reps will use a variety of marketing techniques working in conjunction with TalkShoe’s marketing staff.
