Uses Include Live and Recorded Virtual Town Hall Meetings

Pittsburgh, PA- October 1, 2006 - TalkShoe has announced that the Lynn Swann for Governor Campaign is currently using its technology to create live and recorded podcasts. The campaign will be creating both live in-person and virtual town hall meetings. The live podcasts, which TalkShoe calls TalkcastsTM, are a unique way for Lynn Swann to reach a broad audience of voters. Many people can call in via telephone or Skype to join a live town hall meeting. In addition, people can simultaneously stream the meeting to their desktop PCs. Recordings of the events are available on the TalkShoe website (www.talkshoe.com/Swann), iTunes, and other podcast directories. The podcast can also be listened to using iPods and MP3 players.

Pittsburgh, PA- September 25, 2006 - TalkShoe (http://www.talkshoe.com/) has introduced its TalkShoe Cash Referral program which pays people to refer hosts who create podcasts. The person who refers the host is paid for each podcast episode created by the host, as well as for the number of people who listen to, download, or subscribe to their podcast. Referrers are paid twenty five percent (25%) on top of what the host earns. People can refer as many hosts as they wish. The program is effective immediately.

TalkShoe has introduced its TalkShoe Cash™ program which pays people to host podcasts (Talkcasts™), and to refer hosts. Users are paid for creating podcasts as well as for the number of people who listen to, download, or subscribe to their Talkcasts. In addition, people are paid to refer hosts.

TalkShoe Cash Program details
Hosts are paid up to $5.00for each Talkcast episode created (up to 10 episodes) plus up to $4.00 for every 100 times people listen to, download or podcast.

People who refer hosts are paid 25% over and above each host’s earnings.

Unlike existing Internet conferencing and chat services, TalkShoe’s Talkcasts incorporate both live and recorded telephone-quality voices, are accessible via a full range of phone connection types, integrate voice and chat, and can be made public or private, according to company officials.
