With regard to missing recordings.

The cause of the issue has now been identified and a working solution is now in place.

There is, however, a large backlog of recordings still to be processed and this will take some time to be completed.

We are sorry - but we cannot guarantee that all affected episodes will appear in due course and certainly not those where the Host deleted the episode listing itself.

Also, whilst this fix was being implemented a number of live calls will have given a ‘zero length’ recording (the recording would have started & stopped immediately) In those cases there will be no recording to be recovered.

Please do not delete any of your recent episodes whilst this processing backlog is being caught up with and please be patient.
