Here are some of the more popular ones used: 1) use the TalkShoe Invitation function when you create a new episode, and again a day before the Talkcast, and again right before the Talkcast, 2) post your show info on your MySpace, Facebook, Blogs, etc., 3) email people from you email lists - expect a 5-10% return rate, 4) Twitter your Twitter friends, 5) put Talkcast info in your email signature, and 6) pick up the telephone and call them! Podcamp Pittsburgh was held this past weekend and fun was had by all. A tone of great discussions and sharing took place, and it was great to hear all the feedback about Talkshoe. Hats off to all the participants especially to the organizers. TalkShoe’s own Tommy Vallier was in the middle of things with the discovery of the new internet term Bacn (pronounced “bacon”). To find out more about Bacn (no it is not Spam, it is Bacn) visit http://www.tastyblogsnack.com/2007/08/20/bacn/ and http://www.bacn2.com. to see how it all got started.
